What it is
Resurrection turns Elena Stuart into a weapon aimed at her own family in this supernatural revenge drama. The vampire turn works as leverage: Amara's powers put every hidden truth in the Stuart house within reach, and the story plays as a sequence of exposures. Violet, the adopted sister who stepped into Elena's life, has false accusations to answer for. Fifty-seven episodes make up the run, which has drawn more than 10.5 million views on DramaBox. Three are free before the weekly pass takes over.
Verdict

Handing the avenger mind control and clairvoyance is a shortcut, and a telling one. This looks built for exposure scenes, with little interest in how the truth gets found. The gothic resurrection lends a household feud some theater.
